Returns and refunds

Contact Volyaara through Blaze.ua2024@gmail.comto request a cancellation, return or help with an item. Include your order number and the item concerned. We will provide the appropriate return instructions; do not send a return to a supplier without checking the return address with us.

Changing your mind

For eligible online purchases, notify us within 14 days after receiving your goods that you wish to cancel, then return them within a further 14 days. You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. You pay the direct cost of returning non-faulty goods. We may make a lawful deduction for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.

We refund eligible cancellations within 14 days of receiving the goods back or evidence that they have been sent, as applicable. The refund includes the cost of standard outbound delivery; an upgrade beyond standard delivery is not refundable solely because you changed your mind. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, is faulty or is not as described. We will arrange the appropriate remedy and necessary return costs. Your statutory rights, including rights to a refund, repair or replacement where applicable, are unaffected.

Personalised work

Change-of-mind cancellation rights may not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. This does not remove your rights if such goods are faulty or not as described. Agree the terms for privately commissioned artwork with the artist before payment.
